The Senior Project Manager will need to drive the successful development, management, and execution of projects & programs for our clients. This will require strong assessment, planning, and orchestration skills. They will need the ability to jump in, build from the ground up and deliver quick-turn deliverables while working against timelines and objectives. The Senior Project Manager needs to work with the client and a variety of internal and external stakeholders to guide the program. This role will require strategic thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and review project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals as stated in key agreements (e.g. Statement of Work) in collaboration with senior management objectives.
  • Deliver technical and high-level presentations to internal and external audiences; and enable team to do the same.
  • Engage with business owner, multiple functional areas, and stakeholders to identify and document key program launch goals, priorities, work streams, and deliverables.
  • Build and manage program launch plan, revisions control, triage, escalation, and milestone management
  • Drive and manage successful delivery of work streams and deliverables—foster relationships to build a spirit of collaboration and success.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to cross-functional team and executive sponsors.
  • Facilitate regular project launch meetings and develop a strong discipline for collaborative delivery of results including effective meeting facilitation and launch metrics.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Write and shape key deliverables for the client and aligned to the consulting team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or MA preferred.
  • Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector.
  • 10+ Years’ applicable program management experience.
  • 7+ years cross-enterprise, cross-functional, multi-workstream program management experience.
  • Proven experience supporting complex processes, and technology-based change initiatives.
  • Business / Technical analyst skills and experience.
  • 5+ years of program management or related experience.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with analytic tools such as: complex Excel pivot tables, PowerBI.
  • PMP certification.
  • CSM certification is a plus.

Senior Business Process Analyst Duties Include:

  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to discover business process requirements and scope.
  • Design and map current state or desired state business processes.
  • Establish process governance framework using key process attributes and actively engaging business stakeholders.
  • Carry out analysis of current state processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes.
  • Create and implement improvement initiatives, to-be business process design, and gap analysis.
  • Liaise with client’s leadership to coordinate process improvement project activities.
  • Inspect effectiveness of process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations.
  • Run focus groups and facilitate improvement workshops advocating for the business users, understanding and enabling industry leading best practices.
  • Work with C-suite executives to design as well as drive the process evaluation and direction for change.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of key cross divisional processes that drive fundamental processes.
  • Design, develop and deliver presentations that educate, inform, and influence critical business decisions.
  • Interpret business needs, document requirement (in waterfall or agile formats), and guide high level solution design.
  • Lead team to own/manage business process design and documentation and understand and analyze gaps.

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Triaster experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.

Business Scrum Master Job Duties Include:

  • Drive continuous improvements for the delivery teams.
  • Facilitate project teams to resolve impediments, build culture of openness and collaboration.
  • Coordinate project activities across agile teams, support the Product Owner and Program Manager with agile tool set, project support and priority gathering.
  • Use data to measure and track performance results and monitor progress across project life cycle.
  • Manage sprint reviews, scrum ceremonies and backlog to satisfy project requirements.
  • Coach team members and project partners in agile standard methodologies to realize fullest potential for delivery.

Job Qualifications include:

  • You have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in agile project management, process improvement, business analysis, or requirements management.
  • You have one of the following: PMI ACP, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, or IC Agile Certified Professional.
  • You have at least 5 years of agile experience with leading scrum teams and all ceremonies (daily stand-up meetings, sprint retrospectives, creation user stories, dashboard, track and manage work in progress).
  • You have demonstrated experience to successfully lead and facilitate work planning, sprint review and project management.
