Redmond, Wash., (December 9, 2015) – Bloom Consulting Group and Project Management Group, Inc., a business management consulting firm that delivers strategic services to security, marketing and sales executives, today announced the formation of its Board of Advisors. The board will provide guidance to help accelerate growth and provide insight into continued opportunities within the high-tech and security marketplace.

Bloom Consulting Group continues to diversify its business and acquire new customers, which has driven the company to create an advisory board to shape future innovation and increase market penetration. With the assistance of the board’s leadership and vision, the company will focus on consulting that provides world-class experiences to clients by building first-to-market, universal Windows applications for the modern enterprise.

The company’s Board of Advisors is comprised of a diverse group of individuals from within the security and high-tech industries. Each selected individual will lend the board their respective leadership, industry and operational expertise, and provide insights on developing strategies and solutions to ensure Bloom’s ongoing success. Initial board members include Shawn Usher, President and CEO, Sparkhound; Ray O’Hara CPP, Executive Vice President of AS Solution; and Robert Hile, Director of Enterprise Command Centers for SureView Systems.

As President and CEO of Sparkhound, Usher focuses on finding unique ways to solve a client’s business and technology challenges. Over the past 18 years, he has shaped Sparkhound into a leading IT services company serving mid-market and enterprise customers. Its end-to-end approach includes the delivery of business consulting, technology solutions and managed services. As a long-time Microsoft partner, Usher brings a unique understanding of the enterprise customer to the board.

“I believe in Heather’s vision for Bloom Consulting,” Usher said. “Her commitment to building the best experiences for business users across devices in the enterprise is evident in her overall strategy and throughout her organization. I am excited to be able to lend my advice to Bloom as the company drives to accelerate growth in the next 12 months.”

O’Hara has more than 30 years of experience in consulting and investigations services, corporate security and law enforcement including managing large-scale security consulting and investigations projects in emerging markets and developing international executive protection, crisis management and response plans. He is a co-founder of the Global Security Risk Management Alliance, an organization that recognizes the blurring distinctions between traditional and logical security. O’Hara has served as Chairman of the Board and President of the ASIS International Board of Directors, and he has served as President of ASIS’ Professional Certification Board and Chair of the ASIS International Investigations Council.

“I am pleased to join forces with the executive team at Bloom Consulting Group and push forward into the technology revolution,” O’Hara said. “With the ‘Internet of Things’ biting at our heels, we must solve some of the most perplexing issues with technology and I see that Bloom is on the right track to addressing these challenges.”

Hile currently serves as Director of Enterprise Command Centers for SureView Systems, a provider of security management and command center software. Recognized as a leading voice in the industry, Hile has more than 25 years of security industry, sales and management experience, encompassing sales and business leadership roles with both public and private organizations, such as Siemens, G4S, Convergint and TAC.

“From day one, I have been impressed with Bloom’s approach in offering world-class business consulting and custom business intelligence services to clients who demand excellence,” Hile said. “Additionally, the company’s continued expansion into the development of innovative, Azure-driven Windows 10 enterprise applications that improve executive experiences across devices will further position Bloom Consulting Group as a true business partner for organizations seeking enhanced enterprise-wide productivity and situational awareness.”
